It is our goal to always provide the highest level of customer services while maintaining complete professionalism in our installation and product servicing. Each of Holland's product manufactures have limited warranties on their respective products and we can share those with you upon request.
Payment Terms – All product invoices are due on receipt. However, the Company has made arrangements with FundBox to extend credit at 0% interest for the first 45 days for qualified clients. Further, all approved clients can pay invoices over a 52 week period utilizing FundBox with accrued interest.
Final Payment – If the Company is handling the installation of a product, then without exception, payment for the installation services is due no late than the day before the install date. If additional installation time is required due to a change order or unforeseen issues on the project, then a sign off and/or discussion of the additional work and costs will be discussed and will be billed at the end of the project install. If a service call is required at completion of an installation, Holland will work to resolved any issue promptly, yet this service issue does not forfeit the amounts due for any products or installation services.
Customer Changes or Cancelation after Payment of Invoice – Changes or Cancelations can be made to an order within 48 hours of payment of invoice – any changes before 48 hours could incur additional charges and delayed installation. No Cancelations will be accepted after 48 hours from payment date and all charges invoiced will apply. No order will be submitted to manufacturer until payment has been received and then cleared during the 48 hour change/cancelation period.
Refunds or Exchanges - No refund will be granted after 48 hours to any custom manufactured window treatment, hardware, or custom cabinetry, whether installed or not installed. If there is a issue with a product due to craftsmanship or manufacturing, and approved by the manufacture, a replace of the purchased product will be remanufactured and installed at no charge. Normal ware and tear on a product will not be warrantied by Holland Home Services or the product manufactures. Products damaged by abuse or misuse will be excluded from any and all product warranties. Most of our manufacturers warranties will cover the product you purchased for a five year time frame or as long as you own your home. Some limitations do apply so please inquire to the specifics for the products you are looking to or have purchased.
Customer Change of Install Date – A change of installation date made within 3 business days of the scheduled date will result in a rescheduling fee of $250.
Installation – Our current lead-time ranges from 3 to 12 weeks from date of the order depending on product type and manufacture. An estimate for installation timing will be given to you within 72 hours of your purchase. Further, we require that the homeowner or assigned responsible party by the homeowner be present at all time during the installation process. For closet installations, all personal property is to be removed by the customer prior to the arrival of our installation crew.
Restocking Fee - For hardware products that are not custom made to order, returns for any reason must be approved based on each manufactures terms & conditions, and restocking fee for product restocking, shipping and handling will apply. Once approved, the overall Restocking Fee for returns will be 40% of the items purchase price. Credits normally can take between 3 to 8 weeks.
Shipping and Handling Fees - A shipping fee will be charged on all items that are being ship to and/or from the Company. The fees will be disclosed on the invoice and normally run between 4% and 6% of the purchase price.
